I am an electronic design consultant with a strong interest in methodology, electronic design automation (EDA), and EDA tool development. My favorite EDA tool development language is Python.

I have an entrepreneurial background. In 1992 I co-founded Easics, a successful design services company. I am still a director with that company. Since 2006 I am a business development consultant with Mephisto Design Automation, a start-up in the domain of Analog Design Automation.

Furthermore, I am the creator and maintainer of MyHDL, a package to use Python as a Hardware Description Language.
